Leading volunteers is an opportunity to help people grow and be used in their God-given gifts. During this time of church at home, leaders may have experienced different levels of anxiety, fear, and loss. This may result in these leaders needing additional care from you and other church leaders. Others may have had opportunity for rest and are ready to get back into the swing of things. How you lead your volunteer teams when people return is important. Your leaders may need some additional coaching on how to interact with children or may need to help fill additional roles.
